Cancellation Policy
* Advance notice of at least 24 hours is required when cancelling an appointment.
* Clients cancelling their appointments less than 24 hours in advance
will be expected to pay 50% of the treatment fee. This fee will only be waived if the relevant time slot can be allocated to another client.
* Clients who either forget or deliberately miss their appointment for whatever reason
will be charged in full for their scheduled treatment.
